About The Position

EquipmentShare is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to guide the growth and operations of our Temporary Structures division, playing a key role in building and expanding this emerging line of business. The ideal candidate has a strong background in temporary structures, industrial services, or construction logistics, and can effectively balance client needs with operational execution and profitability.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time required
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Strong ability to communicate with colleagues across departments, with direct reports or with executive leadership
  • Natural leadership skills and desire to take ownership of work
  • Capable of juggling multiple tasks and wearing lots of hats at work
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship of a Visa
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in the equipment rental industry
  • Background in tent, structure, or modular building rentals
  • Knowledge of OSHA and relevant safety standards
  • Experience in coordinating with industrial construction sites

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project planning and execution, including site assessments, permitting, installation, and equipment removal.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams, field crews, and safety personnel to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support equipment maintenance and lifecycle management initiatives.
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing business opportunities within industrial sectors such as oil & gas, utilities, manufacturing, and large-scale construction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and procurement teams to support ongoing and future projects.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure equipment availability and support project execution.
  • Supervise and support a team of project coordinators and field personnel.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to promote employee development and operational excellence.
  • Foster a positive, safety-focused work environment.
  • Assist with departmental budget tracking, project cost management, and revenue performance monitoring.
  • Track key operational metrics and prepare regular reports on project status, productivity, and financial performance.
  • Ensure projects comply with applicable safety regulations, environmental requirements, and client-specific standards.
  • Participate in risk assessments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and safety.
