About The Position

The Regional Director of Dialysis is responsible for the oversight of all dialysis medical activities throughout PAMHealth designated market in a dialysis center. This includes responsibility for the effective operational and quality management of the dialysis operations within the designated market. This is an exempt position.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing and holds current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current BLS certification is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Five (3) years of dialysis experience, including one to two (1-2) years of management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring clinical effectiveness based on knowledge of best practice
  • Adheres to regulations set forth by regulatory agencies
  • Works interdepartmentally to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Effectiveness of hospital based operational efficiency is framed in Performance Improvement standards utilizing tools to assess, measure, and change process, enhancing data driven and quality improvement activities
  • Develop a quality oversight program for dialysis oversight of in-house and contracted dialysis operations
  • Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination. Supervision is often provided through a team of subordinate managers
  • Contributes to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function in collaboration with senior management
  • Establishes departmental policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization
