Requirements

  • Proven experience growing a multi-unit business (healthcare/dental preferred)
  • Strong track record managing multiple business units within a matrixed organization
  • Expert-level P&L management and financial analysis
  • High financial acumen with a disciplined, execution-driven mindset
  • Professional maturity with outstanding emotional intelligence (EQ and IQ)

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing Office Leaders
  • Partner closely with Dentists to provide operational (non-clinical) support
  • Drive financial growth by exceeding budget goals and managing profitability
  • Implement best practices, execute company initiatives, and manage costs effectively
  • Ensure day-to-day excellence and an outstanding experience for all team members
  • Hold weekly and monthly meetings to review best practices, financials, and operational results
  • Visit offices frequently to mentor, coach, and support leaders onsite
  • Leverage centralized support teams to keep practices thriving
