We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead both sales strategy and a high-performing team across the restaurants sector in Georgia State. Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of B2B sales experience, including people management in a quota-carrying environment.
  • "Hunter type" of personality
  • Proven success in leading teams and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Experience in payments processing, SaaS, or enterprise software sales.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality tech trends.
  • Executive presence, negotiation skills, and CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred).
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% within the region.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus).
  • Familiarity with solution-based selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC).

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to exceed regional revenue goals.
  • Own and execute a regional sales strategy focused on new business acquisition and market expansion.
  • Guide full-cycle sales efforts: prospecting, solution demos, proposals, and contract negotiation.
  • Build strong relationships with restaurant operators—from GMs to C-suite.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and implementation teams.
  • Represent NCR Voyix at industry events and trade shows.
