About The Position

U.S. Facilities, Inc. is recruiting for an experienced, hands-on Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across Rest Areas and Truck Parks in the LaGrange, Georgia region. The supervisor will manage a team of site supervisors, maintenance technicians, attendants, specialty crews, and subcontractors, while also assisting with diagnosing and completing preventive and corrective maintenance. The goal is to keep facilities safe, clean, operational, and welcoming for the traveling public. It also requires responding to after-hours requests, emergencies, incidents, severe weather, complaints, and operational disruptions. Duties may change to meet business and operational needs. Work takes place indoors and outdoors at Rest Areas and Truck Parks throughout the assigned region, with regular travel between locations and exposure to changing weather, temperatures, noise, traffic, and facility conditions. The position requires extensive walking and may involve lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and using tools and required personal protective equipment. Overtime, nights, weekends, holidays, or alternative schedules may be required when operations demand them.
