Regional Maintenance Manager (West)

Envision Cold (Blaine, WA)•Blaine, MN
•$110,000 - $130,000

About The Position

Envision Cold is seeking an experienced, hands-on Regional Maintenance Manager to lead facility maintenance and refrigeration operations across sites in its West region, spanning California to the Pacific Northwest. The role is anchored at a home facility, where the manager leads day-to-day maintenance, and extends across the region as the primary escalation point and first responder for refrigeration and equipment issues. Travel is required to stabilize operations, support site teams, and help keep facilities safe, compliant, and operational. The position directly leads in-house refrigeration maintenance and provides technical leadership, standards, and coaching to site-level Maintenance Supervisors, Leads, and refrigeration technicians. Other trades—including HVAC, electrical, dock and door, racking, and material handling equipment—are serviced by Envision Cold’s single-source facilities vendor. The manager owns that vendor relationship, monitors service-level compliance and performance, and escalates unresolved issues. The role is responsible for regional ammonia refrigeration PSM/RMP compliance, maintenance programs and records, safety and regulatory compliance, regional maintenance budgets, capital projects, and continuous improvement. It combines hands-on technical support with multi-site leadership and vendor oversight. The position requires approximately 50% travel, including short-notice trips and travel that may include nights and weekends, as well as flexibility for on-call and emergency response.
