About The Position

The Regional Logistics Manager coordinates logistics support for Radar System Replacement (RSR) sites within an assigned region, helping ensure equipment, services, and materials are available for radar removal, installation, testing, and return to service. The role works with FAA personnel, Peraton regional managers and site representatives, radar vendors, subcontractors, transportation providers, and local service providers to maintain site readiness and resolve logistics issues. It also tracks vendor equipment movement, delivery schedules, and transportation or material delays that could affect site execution. The position is remote, with some travel to RSR sites potentially required. The role supports the FAA’s Brand New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS) contract and the modernization of the National Airspace System. Success includes having site services and equipment ready before scheduled work, tracking and communicating shipments accurately, resolving logistics issues before they affect milestones, keeping expenditures within approved funding, closing rentals promptly, and maintaining complete delivery, receipt, and disposition records.
