About The Position

As the Southwest Regional Key Account Manager, you will be pivotal in driving market share and revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales and distribution plans within designated key accounts at the local, regional, and national level. You will leverage your extensive sales knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills to inspire and deliver exceptional results across California, Nevada, and Arizona.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry.
  • 3+ years of sales experience working with regional buying groups and national accounts.
  • Valid US Driver’s License and willing to travel up to 90% with dependable transportation.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 35 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
  • Proven track record in building effective relationships with customers and internal associates.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive in identifying customer issues, recommending solutions, and executing effectively to ensure resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans with assigned customers to drive market share and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and establish new customer relationships at local, regional, and national level.
  • Foster and develop relationships with major venues throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona.
  • Prepare fact-based business reviews and selling presentations using all available data sources (syndicated, account level, etc.).
  • Analyze internal sales reports, syndicated data, and category insights to identify opportunities and make strategic business decisions.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including new product launches and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop an annual business plan and provide monthly progress updates.
  • Partner with the National Account team to identify and capitalize on opportunities for increased distribution.
  • Enhance inventory diversity and volume at each account while also improving in-store branding and ensuring the availability of fresh products.
