Hexcel is seeking a Key Account Manager for its defense and space markets. This remote, individual contributor role is responsible for driving growth in the business unit, executing customer strategies in the Americas, developing next-generation customer programs globally, and overseeing all customer-related activities. The position involves managing existing business, increasing market share, and identifying and maturing growth opportunities aligned with customer and Hexcel technology roadmaps. This role partners with and mentors fellow Account Managers, Technical Service, and supply chain teams in strategic customer growth development.
