The Key Account Manager (KAM) serves as the primary point of contact for Townsquare Ignite’s most valuable accounts. KAMs focus on fewer accounts with significantly larger billing, delivering a high-touch, white-glove client experience. This role is highly client-facing — you will join client calls, present performance reports, and serve as a trusted advisor to drive strategy, optimizations, and opportunities for expansion. The ideal candidate is consultative, detail-oriented, and confident explaining digital marketing performance in a way that inspires client trust and long-term partnership. Success in this role is measured by client satisfaction, account retention, upsell growth, and reduced campaign cancellations.
