Zurich Direct Markets focuses on providing Finance & Insurance (F&I) products to the automotive industry through a dedicated sales force that engages directly with customers. This role involves cultivating relationships, driving production in current accounts, and seeking referrals for new F&I business within Large Franchised Automotive Dealers. The executive will also support performance and key initiatives to enhance growth and profitability through dealership training and development. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is crucial for maintaining relationships. The role requires attending industry events to promote Zurich's marketing efforts, understanding and adapting to customer IT requirements, and gaining internal support.
