As a Regional Hub Operations Manager, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor NA Sales team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to be responsible for after-Sales product support, delivering an exceptional service experience to the customer. You will lead and guide the repair facilities' culture and organizational health, manage the business’ organizational efficiency, productivity and develop opportunities to deliver financial growth to the organization. You will maintain the culture, productivity, responsiveness, and profitability of the Regional Repair Hub. You will implement and maintain processes for managing inventories, materials, facilities, equipment, and finances. You will achieve operational performance objectives through continuous improvement. You will meet sales, profitability, and inventory goals for the hub. You will develop and execute strategic plans using marketing programs and field resources. You will communicate opportunities, issues, and trends to management and marketing. You will manage Travel and Expense Budgets and overall P&L budgets for the hub. You will promote PSD and Stanley Black & Decker programs to customers, distributors, and end users. You will build strong relationships with distributors, end-users, and sales forces to enhance business partnerships. You will ensure outstanding customer service, achieve Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) goals, and manage the hiring, training, and development of the local Product Service Team.
