About The Position

As a Regional Hub Operations Manager, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor NA Sales team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to: Responsible for after-Sales product support, delivering an exceptional service experience to the customer. Leads and guides the repair facilities' culture and organizational health, manages the business’ organizational efficiency, productivity and develops opportunities to deliver financial growth to the organization. Maintain the culture, productivity, responsiveness, and profitability of the Regional Repair Hub. Implement and maintain processes for managing inventories, materials, facilities, equipment, and finances. Achieve operational performance objectives through continuous improvement. Meet sales, profitability, and inventory goals for the hub. Develop and execute strategic plans using marketing programs and field resources. Communicate opportunities, issues, and trends to management and marketing. Manage Travel and Expense Budgets and overall P&L budgets for the hub. Promote PSD and Stanley Black & Decker programs to customers, distributors, and end users. Build strong relationships with distributors, end-users, and sales forces to enhance business partnerships. Ensure outstanding customer service, achieve Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) goals, and manage the hiring, training, and development of the local Product Service Team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years leadership experience in sales or service field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Required.
  • Relevant industry/operations experience could be a substitute for higher education.
  • Possess small business skills such as inventory control, merchandising, marketing, customer relations, employee relations, team building and business development.
  • Operate with a high degree of integrity and accountability.
  • Proven abilities to lead a team and manage hourly employees.
  • Ability to work independently to achieve results in all categories while maintaining the day-to-day functions of the center successfully.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft applications; Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook.
  • Maintain appropriate conduct in and out of the Regional Repair Hub environment when representing Stanley Black & Decker.
  • Always adhere to the company’s service policies & procedures.
  • Possess the ability to meet and maintain daily/weekly/quarterly productivity goals without sacrificing quality.
  • Be highly motivated and thrive on challenges and exceeding expectations and targets.
  • Able to work additional hours as needed to meet customer demands.
