This role owns talent acquisition within the assigned region and provides expert guidance on recruitment strategy, market conditions, and talent availability, and oversees recruitment delivery across internal recruiters, RPO partners, and external vendors. By leveraging analytics, talent market trends, and search performance metrics, this role identifies risks, highlights opportunities, and supports proactive workforce planning. The role plays a key part in strengthening talent pipelines and enhancing overall recruitment effectiveness within the region. The ideal candidate is an experienced TA leader who can combine strategic perspective with operational oversight, influence stakeholders through data, credibility, and strong business partnerships, and has previous experience managing a small team of people.
