To facilitate this expansion, the company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead, scale, and execute a world-class hiring function across its operational areas in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the Philippines. This role is central to Airlock Digital's next phase of growth and is ideal for an individual who thrives in high-growth environments and can translate hiring strategy into measurable outcomes, enabling the company to scale globally, faster, and smarter.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading a regional or global talent acquisition function in a high-growth environment
  • Strong track record managing and developing distributed recruitment teams
  • End-to-end recruitment expertise, from workforce planning through to onboarding
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS and AI-enabled sourcing tools
  • Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into hiring plans
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Data-driven approach, using metrics to inform decisions and track performance
  • Highly organised, with a focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment to business priorities and growth plans across all locations.
  • Lead, coach and performance-manage a distributed TA team, setting clear expectations, consistent standards and strong rhythm of execution.
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate workforce plans into hiring roadmaps, forecasts and prioritized recruitment delivery.
  • Oversee end-to-end hiring outcomes across the business, including critical and senior appointments, ensuring quality, speed and a strong candidate experience.
  • Build scalable recruitment processes and governance (e.g., structured interviews, scorecards, calibration, approvals) to improve consistency and reduce risk.
  • Own TA systems and data (including Greenhouse), ensuring workflows, reporting and system usage support efficient delivery and decision-making.
  • Use recruitment metrics and insights (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, quality indicators, hiring manager satisfaction) to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage recruitment budget, agencies and external vendors to ensure effective spend, strong service levels and measurable ROI.
  • Champion employer brand and EVP through recruitment marketing partnerships and consistent messaging across all candidate touchpoints.
  • Ensure hiring practices meet compliance, privacy and policy requirements, and support inclusive, fair and evidence-based selection decisions.
