The position is responsible for designing and executing the go-to-market strategy for conference solutions in North America, aiming to achieve and exceed business plans. The role also focuses on developing business opportunities, creating pipeline, and increasing brand awareness within the growth organization through product introductions, commercial trainings, and customer engagement. Monitoring growth performance, managing new product introductions, and conducting commercial trainings for the growth team and customers are key aspects of this position. Excellent presentation skills are a must.
