This role involves deeply analyzing and understanding North America’s conference and adjacent AV markets, focusing on government, education, corporate, healthcare, and religious facilities verticals. The position is responsible for designing and executing the conference solutions go-to-market strategy for the North American market, aiming to achieve and exceed business plans. This includes developing business opportunities, creating pipeline for conference and adjacent AV solutions, and increasing brand awareness within the growth organization through product introductions, commercial trainings, and customer engagement. The role also involves closely monitoring growth performance, managing new product introductions, and conducting commercial trainings for the growth team and customers. Excellent presentation skills are a must.
