About The Position

All Roads Kenworth in South Florida is seeking an experienced General Manager with commercial truck management experience to lead their operations across four locations in Ft. Lauderdale, Riviera Beach, Naples, and Ft. Pierce. The ideal candidate will be a driven, goal-oriented individual ready for a new challenge. This role is crucial for implementing growth strategies, managing budgets, mentoring teams, and positively impacting the company's bottom line. Prior experience with multi-rooftop operations and the heavy-duty truck industry is required, with a preference for candidates with a successful background in parts and service, particularly in sales.

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• 5+ years experience in commercial management (sales/parts/service)
• Experience managing multiple locations
• Proven success leading and managing company goals
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Work Authorization
