About The Position

We are seeking a skilled diesel technician to join our growing team in Mardela Springs, MD. In this role, you will diagnose, service, and repair Kenworth trucks. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated, with a strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing diesel vehicles
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• PACCAR certification
• Work Authorization: All Roads Trucks does not provide H-1B sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, and repair diesel vehicles as directed by the Service Manager
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus)
• Maintain precise documentation of all repairs performed and parts used
• Communicate with OEM/factory tech support as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
