You’ll set and achieve sales and profit targets, develop the team, and resolve customer concerns to ensure an exceptional experience. Prior management and commercial truck sales experience required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 5+ years of commercial sales experience
  • 2+ years of dealership management experience
  • Proven internet sales performance metrics
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and monitor the commercial truck sales department’s performance
  • Travel to Florida locations weekly
  • Promote an “Exceptional Customer Service” culture and strong work habits
  • Hire, train, mentor, and manage sales team members
  • Oversee and properly appraise commercial inventory
  • Own and drive the sales process for the department
  • Set, track, and achieve departmental sales and profit goals
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Perform other duties as assigned
