Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of food service management experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care.
Multi-site management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of healthcare, food service regulations, and sanitation standards.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and food service management systems.

ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support and leadership to multiple healthcare facilities.
Mentor and develop Food Service Directors and department teams.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations, including sanitation and food safety standards.
Monitor food quality, resident satisfaction, and service excellence.
Manage food and labor costs while meeting budget goals.
Conduct facility audits and implement corrective action plans.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new Food Service Directors.
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
