About The Position

This role involves visiting customers to provide in-person support and training, building strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers, and attending local business and hospitality events. The position also focuses on generating referrals, introducing new businesses to the platform, conducting product demonstrations, and onboarding new customers. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with support and product teams to resolve issues and help increase brand awareness within the assigned territory.

  • Willingness to travel within the region.
  • A positive attitude and desire to build a successful career.

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitality, sales, account management, or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.
