About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Regional Executive Director to manage and lead Assisted Living communities. This role involves achieving targeted occupancy goals, supervising and developing employees, ensuring services exceed customer expectations, and overseeing day-to-day activities.

Requirements

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large
  • Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an AL setting
  • Must possess a high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
