About The Position

In this role, you will provide advance sales and service coaching capability of Career Sales Force sales leaders/force to drive volume and revenue through improved sale and service effectiveness and client experience. You will lead and coach to the effective application of the Canadian Banking Sales and Service experience, sales and market management, sales and service practices, practice management, change management, coaching, and skill building. You will support the development and execution of robust sales activity plans and increased translation of LINX usage into business outcomes. You will be a role model of RBC’s Blueprint. You will embed and sustain strategic initiatives (national and regional) by leading and prioritizing deployment of a team of expert sales coaches and resources. Kindly note this is a 1 year contract opportunity to cover for a leave of absence

Requirements

  • Strong Credit and Linx Experience
  • Strong business and organizational knowledge; with proven capabilities in planning and implementation and extensive experience in Personal Banking across supported markets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a proven ability to drive impact and influence stakeholders effectively
  • Experience with sales and sales management skills
  • Strong understanding of acquisition sales force
  • Proven experience in both 1:1 coaching and team coaching, along with experience coaching and enabling sales professionals and sales managers

Responsibilities

  • Enhance Client Loyalty and Digital Enablement – Drive initiatives to improve the Mortgage Advice Experience, maximize customer contacts, ensuring seamless multi-channel access, engagement and exceptional client experiences.
  • Sustain Mortgage Advice Initiatives – Embed and maintain programs that deliver meaningful, memorable, and timely advice to clients and support Mortgage Specialist and Creditor Insurance businesses.
  • Build Coaching Capabilities – Develop expertise in multi-channel client access, exceptional service (Top Box), and impactful advice delivery.
  • Business Growth- Advance Sales Leaders/managers’ ability to drive teams in acquiring new clients for RBC Canadian Banking, generating referrals back to the branch network, while growing business results through a balanced focus on unit productivity and dollar volumes.
  • Advance Practice Management Routines – Strengthen sales planning and focus areas to enhance productivity, profitability, and relationship building.
  • Attract, Grow, and Deepen Client Relationships – Equip Sales Leaders/managers to acquire new clients, generate referrals, and reduce single-service clientele.
  • Drive Team Collaboration and Growth – Foster a One RBC culture by enhancing Market Leaders’ and Sales Managers’ effectiveness in practice management, market management, and coaching.
  • Engage and Develop Talent – Build confidence, capability, and proficiency across teams, enabling region and market leaders to optimize capacity through prioritized capability-building initiatives.
