Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years in home services operations with proven leadership experience.
  • Deep ServiceTitan experience across both field and back-office operations
  • Success leading large-scale implementations, rollouts, or transformation initiatives
  • Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • The confidence to make decisions and drive accountability
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • A passion for continuous improvement and scalable business growth
  • Multi-location or multi-brand experience
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, or enterprise software ecosystems
  • Training, facilitation, or change management experience

Responsibilities

  • Leading high-impact ServiceTitan rollouts and enterprise initiatives
  • Partnering with operations, marketing, finance, and technology teams to align strategy and execution
  • Driving adoption, training, and change management across multiple regions
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and standardize best practices
  • Monitoring results, measuring ROI, and ensuring initiatives deliver real business value
  • Influencing leaders and teams at every level of the organization
