In this role, you will provide advance sales and service coaching capability of Career Sales Force sales leaders/force to drive volume and revenue through improved sale and service effectiveness and client experience. You will lead and coach to the effective application of the Canadian Banking Sales and Service experience, sales and market management, sales and service practices, practice management, change management, coaching, and skill building. You will support the development and execution of robust sales activity plans and increased translation of LINX usage into business outcomes. You will be a role model of RBC’s Blueprint. You will embed and sustain strategic initiatives (national and regional) by leading and prioritizing deployment of a team of expert sales coaches and resources.
