Product Enablement Business Partner

Sayari
$135,000 - $165,000

About The Position

As the Product Enablement Business Partner, you will serve as the essential bridge between our Product, Product Marketing, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. You are the ultimate translator—responsible for digesting complex technical capabilities, data structures, and advanced product releases and turning them into impactful, commercial narratives that drive revenue and customer success. This is not a traditional sales-process coaching role. It is a highly technical enablement seat requiring deep domain literacy, data curiosity, and cross-functional agility. You will have your hands in everything: identifying knowledge gaps before they impact the business, designing agile certification paths, and ensuring that our global Sales and Customer Success teams maintain a deep, fluent understanding of Sayari’s evolving platform. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, reporting directly to the Director of Enablement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, product marketing, or solutions engineering within a highly technical, data-heavy B2B SaaS environment.
  • A background as an investigative analyst, OSINT researcher, or risk professional (AML/KYC, supply chain risk) looking to transition into operations and enablement.
  • A strong foundational understanding of corporate risk, supply chain data, or investigative analysis workflows. You must be able to "speak the language" of our users and customers from day one.
  • Proven experience administering and building content, as well as learning design. Experience with Mindtickle is a huge plus.
  • Highly capable and enthusiastic about working with GenAI tools to build content, analyze data, and optimize internal workflows.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a lean team environment. You take initiative, solve problems proactively, and deliver results without needing to be micromanaged.
  • A collaborative demeanor with the emotional intelligence to manage demanding internal stakeholders, navigate stress, and influence busy GTM leaders.
  • A strong desire to learn, adapt to a rapidly growing product portfolio, and actively implement feedback to grow in the role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Supademo
  • Experience with Mindtickle

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing and Product Managers to translate complex technical features, AI/agentic workflows, and intricate data structures into highly consumable GTM enablement materials. This includes developing high-impact demo assets and leveraging interactive demo software (specifically Supademo) to build repeatable, field-ready client presentation workflows.
  • Own end-to-end product enablement for Sales and Customer Success (CS), ensuring teams can confidently articulate Sayari’s value proposition across our full suite of products and capabilities.
  • Design, build, and deliver high-impact learning experiences—including live interactive sessions, async courses, and solution certifications. Co-manage our content management system and LMS platform (Mindtickle) in close collaboration with the rest of the enablement team to continually optimize our learning architecture and keep our content fresh and accessible.
  • Strategize, architect, and deliver the end-to-end live trainings and technical workshops for SKO, partnering closely with R&D and GTM leaders.
  • Proactively leverage and integrate cutting-edge GenAI and AI-enabled tools to streamline content creation, accelerate localized global training, and scale enablement operations.
  • Serve as an early-warning system for the business. Track GTM sentiment, identify product adoption friction points, and ask probing, analytical questions to Product Management to align product delivery with commercial realities.
  • Maintain a near-SME level understanding of Sayari’s target use cases, investigative workflows, and the corporate risk/supply chain data landscape.
