About The Position

Lucky Lincoln Gaming is seeking a Regional Director to own a book of 50 to 60 locations and drive revenue growth. This is a revenue-focused role where you will be responsible for the revenue in your region, managing contracts, and allocating marketing dollars for maximum return. You will also serve as the company's representative to municipalities, ensuring licensing remains current. You will lead 1-2 District Managers, whose performance will directly impact your own. The role reports directly to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field-based, multi-location, or route-based revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of building and developing a sales team, including experience managing other managers.
  • Experience managing and defending a budget.
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation and renewal cycles.
  • Experience working in a licensed or regulated industry, with a demonstrated ability to manage licensing and compliance.
  • Credibility and judgment in representing the company to municipalities, local officials, and regulators.
  • Strong analytical skills, including forecasting, understanding performance drivers, and clear communication of financial data.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with independent owners and operators.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and an owner-operator approach.
  • Ability to take direction, execute independently, and seek further challenges.
  • Desire for a career path with significant growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of 50 to 60 locations.
  • Ensure long-term revenue security through early contract extensions and renewals.
  • Manage a sales and marketing budget, determining allocation and return on investment.
  • Achieve same-store revenue growth through targeted marketing investments at the location level.
  • Lead, hire, coach, and ensure performance and quota accountability for two District Managers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with owner and operator relationships within the region to prevent competitor engagement.
  • Develop and close new location opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain current licensing (applications, renewals, compliance) for all locations to prevent service disruptions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with municipalities, local officials, and regulators.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and clear, honest reporting on the region's performance.
