About The Position
Regional Director opportunity within the Women's Health diagnostics space. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a team responsible for managing strategic health system partnerships across a large, multi-state territory. The position is focused on coaching and developing leaders, driving enterprise strategy, and partnering with executive stakeholders to accelerate growth within one of the fastest-growing areas of diagnostics.
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience
- Experience working with IDNs and large health systems
- A strong track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Executive presence and the ability to influence senior decision-makers
Responsibilities

Benefits
- Base salary: $150K–$185K
- $80K annual bonus
- RSUs valued at approximately $80K–$85K
