About The Position

Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Regional Director to oversee operations for an assigned geographic region in a post-acute care setting. This role involves leadership in personnel development, patient treatments, and ensuring customer and staff satisfaction. The Regional Director will also be responsible for monitoring financial and clinical reports to meet budgeted expectations and deliver high-quality services.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited OT, OTA, PT, PTA, or SLP program.
Prior interdisciplinary team collaboration experience in the post-acute care and outpatient settings.
Current OT, OTA, PT, PTA, or SLP license to practice in the state(s) assigned.
SLP Only: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
Valid driver's license and car insurance as required by state law.
