Regional Director - West Coast

About The Position
You will lead the performance of multiple districts, owning EBITDA, customer relationships, and operational execution across your region. You will work with district leaders to optimize resources, resolve complex issues, and keep Integra running at a high level. This role puts you at the center of how Integra scales and competes in critical markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent leadership experience
- 10+ years of experience leading operations, service, or technical organizations
- Proven ownership of EBITDA, expense management, and financial forecasting
- Experience leading multi district or multi location teams
- Strong customer facing, escalation management, and leadership skills with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Responsibilities
- Own EBITDA and expense alignment across the region
- Represent Integra in critical customer and escalation meetings
- Set resource levels and approve district staffing and investment decisions
- Lead and develop District Managers and Assistant District Managers
- Execute Integra’s regional growth strategy
