About The Position

We are looking for a high-impact Regional Sales Manager (West Coast). This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role designed for a results-driven professional who can operate at the intersection of enterprise sales and business development. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across your assigned region, building and expanding relationships with key enterprise customers, and partnering closely with PlainID’s internal Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, identify new opportunities, and help grow PlainID’s presence in your region.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of regional sales experience in similar roles in the Software Enterprise/ SaaS fields
  • 3+ years experience in the Identity and Access Management field
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • An extensive network in the Software Enterprise /SaaS fields
  • Willingness to work from a home office and ability to travel in the West coast region
  • Experience in sales qualification methodologies like MEDDICC or MEDDPICC
  • Negotiation skills
  • Proven track record and success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Passion for sales!

Responsibilities

  • Establishing and managing new leads, creating sales opportunities, and nurturing them all the way to deal closing.
  • Meeting or exceeding your quarterly and annual quota by proactively prospecting with new and existing customers.
  • Tracking all leads, pipelines, and activity via Salesforce.
  • Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
