Requirements
- Washington State Independent Mental Health License: LICSW, LMFT, LMHC
- Must reside between South Seattle to Olympia
- 10+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership
- Multi-site leadership experience (behavioral health preferred)
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Strong knowledge of labor relations and employment practices
- Proven success driving operational and financial outcomes
- High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Proven ability to lead through change and complexity
- Skilled at building, developing, and holding teams accountable
- Ability to influence across clinical, HR, finance, and external partners
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple programs with full accountability for performance
- Execute strategic goals aligned with Telecare’s mission
- Ensure safe, recovery-oriented care
- Lead quality improvement and compliance efforts
- Coach and develop Program Administrators
- Strengthen recruitment, retention, and engagement
- Partner with county and state stakeholders
- Represent Telecare across community and regulatory settings
- Manage budgets, FTE alignment, and expenses
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and growth
