About The Position
Regional Director of Operations – Western Central Washington Must have Washington State Independent Mental Health License: LICSW, LMFT, LMHC Location Requirement: Must reside between South Seattle to Olympia (regional travel required) Not remote. Hybrid role. Must be visiting programs 3-4 days per week. Corporate travel 4-8 times per year (Corporate located in San Francisco, CA) Directing programs in: Tukwila, Federal Way, Olympia, Tumwater Lead with Purpose. Drive Impact. Transform Lives. Requirements
- Washington State Independent Mental Health License: LICSW, LMFT, LMHC
- Must reside between South Seattle to Olympia
- 10+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership
- Multi-site leadership experience (behavioral health preferred)
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Strong knowledge of labor relations and employment practices
- Proven success driving operational and financial outcomes

Responsibilities
- Lead Regional Operations: Oversee multiple programs with full accountability for performance
- Execute strategic goals aligned with Telecare’s mission
- Drive Clinical Quality: Ensure safe, recovery-oriented care
- Lead quality improvement and compliance efforts
- Build High-Performing Teams: Coach and develop Program Administrators
- Strengthen recruitment, retention, and engagement
- Strengthen Partnerships: Partner with county and state stakeholders
- Represent Telecare across community and regulatory settings
- Own Financial Performance: Manage budgets, FTE alignment, and expenses
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and growth
