Regional Director of Operations – Western Central Washington Must have Washington State Independent Mental Health License: LICSW, LMFT, LMHC Location Requirement: Must reside between South Seattle to Olympia (regional travel required) Not remote. Hybrid role. Must be visiting programs 3-4 days per week. Corporate travel 4-8 times per year (Corporate located in San Francisco, CA) Directing programs in: Tukwila, Federal Way, Olympia, Tumwater Lead with Purpose. Drive Impact. Transform Lives. Requirements

  • Washington State Independent Mental Health License: LICSW, LMFT, LMHC
  • Must reside between South Seattle to Olympia
  • 10+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership
  • Multi-site leadership experience (behavioral health preferred)
  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of labor relations and employment practices
  • Proven success driving operational and financial outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Lead Regional Operations: Oversee multiple programs with full accountability for performance
  • Execute strategic goals aligned with Telecare’s mission
  • Drive Clinical Quality: Ensure safe, recovery-oriented care
  • Lead quality improvement and compliance efforts
  • Build High-Performing Teams: Coach and develop Program Administrators
  • Strengthen recruitment, retention, and engagement
  • Strengthen Partnerships: Partner with county and state stakeholders
  • Represent Telecare across community and regulatory settings
  • Own Financial Performance: Manage budgets, FTE alignment, and expenses
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and growth
