About The Position

Harmony Senior Services is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to join its leadership team. This role is responsible for the overall development, execution, and leadership of the Sales strategy for a given region, with a focus on long-term and sustainable growth in census and revenues. The position also contributes to the marketing strategy and executes it within the region. The RDSM supports sales counselors in the field, evaluates their effectiveness with Executive Directors, and provides one-on-one coaching. This role requires four days of travel each week.

Requirements

Must be a resident of the state of Virginia.
Bachelor's degree in business, sales/marketing preferred; or equivalent sales experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of successful sales leadership experience in the senior living industry.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and lead the sales strategy for a given region.
Drive long-term and sustainable growth in census and revenues.
Contribute to and execute the marketing strategy within the region.
Support sales counselors in the field.
Evaluate the effectiveness of sales counselors in conjunction with Executive Directors.
Provide tailored one-on-one coaching to sales counselors as needed.
