About The Position

Are you a remote hospitality revenue leader passionate about driving hotel revenue growth, profitability, and market share? As the Regional Director of Revenue Management (Remote – U.S.), you will play a pivotal role in elevating financial performance across a diverse portfolio of full-service hotels and resorts. In this high-impact role, you will lead and develop multi-property revenue management teams, implement data-driven pricing and forecasting strategies, and partner closely with operations, sales, and executive leadership. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in hotel revenue optimization, demand forecasting, and yield management systems. This is a remote, U.S.-based position with approximately 50% travel required to support on-property initiatives, team development, and portfolio performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in hospitality revenue management, preferably within full-service hotels or resorts.
  • Proven experience in multi-property revenue management across major brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and independent properties.
  • Strong expertise in revenue management systems (RMS), STR reporting, forecasting tools, and hotel distribution channels.
  • Demonstrated success in driving RevPAR growth, occupancy optimization, and pricing strategy execution.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% for on-site collaboration and portfolio support.
