The Regional Director of Field Operations will lead the operational success of 2-5 dental offices across the New York Metro Area. This role requires a strong focus on patient care, team performance, and operational efficiency. The Director will travel to practices at least four days per week to directly engage with office teams, support initiatives, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding, designing and implementing training programs, providing coaching and mentorship, monitoring patient interactions, supporting escalated situations, collaborating on process improvements, analyzing KPIs, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
