About The Position

OpenArt AI is seeking a Regional Director, Enterprise Sales to serve as the senior enterprise seller and market leader in one of their key markets. This role involves owning critical relationships with Fortune 500 brands, studios, agencies, and consumer companies, leading executive-level discussions with C-suite executives, and building and managing a team of Account Executives to drive business growth. The ultimate goal is to establish OpenArt as the preferred AI creative platform for major global companies.

Requirements

8+ years of enterprise sales
Sales leadership experience
Strong executive presence
Strong ownership and initiative
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment and traveling as needed
Native or fully professional English (written and verbal)

Strong network with brands, advertising agencies, studios, or senior leaders across the advertising, media, and entertainment industries
Experience selling creative, content, marketing, or media production tools
Experience in advertising, media, entertainment, film, AI, creative technology, or related industries

Responsibilities

Lead executive-level conversations with top clients and prospects
Manage complex enterprise sales pipelines through business owners, legal, IT, procurement, and executive approvals
Partner closely with Customer Success to drive NRR and revenue growth
Develop and own the go-to-market plan for your market: target account list, agency and partner relationships, and executive events and programs (with support from marketing and demand gen teams)
Hire, onboard, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives
Represent OpenArt at major industry events, executive dinners, and roundtables in your market, and build our presence among brands, agencies, studios, and creative leaders there
