As Regional Director, Ontario East (New Sales), you will lead new business growth across Ontario East, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada markets. You will build and convert pipeline, develop relationships with employers, insurers, and brokers, and position Kii Health as a trusted partner. You will also lead and coach a team of six sales professionals while managing your own market-facing responsibilities and team performance. This role reports to the EVP, Commercial and works closely with teams across Client Success, Clinical, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
