We’re looking for a Regional Director, AIC Operations who wants their work to mean something — someone who brings care, accountability, and purpose to what they do every day. This role plays an important part in helping LUX Infusion deliver a patient‑first experience by ensuring our ambulatory infusion centers operate with excellence, consistency, and compassion. In this role, you’ll contribute to work that helps patients access timely, safe, and reliable infusion care across multiple locations, supports clinicians and site teams through clear workflows, strong operational support, and dependable leadership, and moves work forward in a growing, clinician‑led organization focused on better outcomes, sustainable growth, and high standards. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional operational performance across multiple ambulatory infusion centers to improve patient access, treatment growth, efficiency, and profitability
  • Oversee daily multi‑site operations using a hybrid leadership model, combining remote management with regular on‑site presence
  • Collaborate closely with clinical leadership, finance, revenue cycle, intake, pharmacy, scheduling, HR, compliance, and business development teams
  • Drive performance across key metrics such as treatment volume, referral conversion, chair utilization, labor productivity, patient satisfaction, and margin performance
  • Analyze dashboards and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement, scalability, and growth
  • Develop and implement standardized workflows that improve consistency, quality, and efficiency across sites
  • Support staffing models, workforce development, performance coaching, and succession planning
  • Maintain accountability for regional P&L performance, budget adherence, and expense control
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and medication‑handling standards while partnering with clinical leaders on quality and safety
  • Support new site openings, acquisitions, and regional expansion through operational planning and readiness
  • Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, and follow‑through to your work while serving as an escalation point for operational issues impacting patient care
