About The Position

ATC Las Vegas is seeking a Regional Director for AIC Operations to lead and oversee our operational activities within the region. This strategic role requires a dynamic leader who can drive performance, ensure operational excellence, and foster strong collaboration across teams. The Regional Director will be based in Plantation, FL, and will play a key role in advancing the company’s goals and operational standards. This role offers the ability to make a direct impact on patient care delivery and operational success across a growing healthcare network. It is a leadership opportunity across multiple infusion centers, a high visibility role with executive collaboration, and offers a hybrid work model with travel. The Regional Director, AIC Operations is responsible for providing strategic oversight and operational leadership across multiple infusion sites. Key areas of focus include: Operational performance and consistency, Financial management and profitability, Workforce planning and leadership, Patient access and satisfaction, and Growth and expansion initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in healthcare operations or multi-site leadership
  • Strong understanding of: Operational metrics, Financial performance, Staffing models
  • Experience leading distributed or hybrid teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel regularly

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in infusion services, ambulatory care, or specialty healthcare
  • Experience supporting multi-site growth or expansion
  • Knowledge of revenue cycle operations and reimbursement models
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations across multiple infusion center locations
  • Drive performance across key metrics: Treatment volume, Referral conversion, Chair utilization, Site profitability, Patient satisfaction
  • Analyze operational data and KPIs to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Implement standardized workflows and best practices
  • Lead and support multi-site operational teams
  • Conduct performance management, coaching, and development
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and staff retention efforts
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence
  • Maintain accountability for regional financial performance
  • Monitor budgets, P&Ls, and operational spending
  • Partner with finance and revenue cycle teams to improve reimbursement, reduce denials, optimize collections, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Conduct site visits, audits, and performance reviews
  • Support patient safety and quality initiatives
  • Maintain readiness for surveys and inspections
  • Support new site openings and expansions
  • Assist with operational readiness for acquisitions and integrations
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improved patient access
