About The Position

The Regional Director is a strategic role on Hamilton Medical’s management team, leading the Midwest Region’s Account Managers and regional clinical team. The role is responsible for meeting regional revenue budgets and carrying out senior leadership’s strategic vision, while managing multiple business priorities, maintaining forecast accuracy, developing key customer relationships, and contributing positively to the organization’s culture. This is a remote position requiring 50%–75% travel. The working environment is partially in a home office setting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Extensive ventilation and respiratory sales experience.
Relevant medical device and medical device sales management experience.
Sales management capability.
Dynamic understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape.
Expert business acumen.
Must pass drug and background screens.

Responsibilities

Achieve regional sales objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in the assigned region.
Communicate job expectations and support employee development by collaborating with, assessing, and reviewing the sales team, while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Manage individual Account Managers and the broader territory according to the annual business plan.
Review and implement Account Manager compensation strategies.
Meet regional sales objectives while maintaining forecasting requirements, analyzing trends, and implementing corrective actions.
Establish sales objectives by creating sales plans and district quotas in support of national objectives.
Maintain and expand the customer base by counseling Account Managers, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and collaborating with team members to identify new customer opportunities.
Aggregate feedback from key opinion leaders to inform broader company strategy.
