In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage and lead one or more aspects of the digital ecosystem. Each day, you will provide Industry Domain Leadership & Knowledge to promote Digital Portfolio & support sales team to grow. You will also support Countries Sales team to drive sales of Digital Core and Digitally Enabled portfolio, drive growth of this portfolio year on year. You will also actively participate in monthly and quarterly business review meetings and key participant in the Sales & Operation Planning meetings. The work model for the role is: Remote. This role is contributing to the Industrial Digital Solution and Market Development in AMER Region. Main stakeholders are BL Sales leader, Solution Consulting, BL Digital Leader, Global Product Management and IDS GM. You will be mainly accountable for: Have full visibility of the performance of all digital related portfolio per country, defining key KPIs and supporting presentation for the Division and Business Areas. Ensuring that customer's digital needs and emerging market trends are being fully supported by the ecosystem through developing new approaches, innovative solutions, and rolling out competitive business models. Proactively forecasts performance and supports appropriate remedial action. Partners with Regional GM, Global Account Managers, and Digital Sales teams to develop value propositions, business cases, and executive‑level materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in industrial digitalization, industrial software deployment, automation, or digital transformation.
  • Deep expertise in industrial operations, digital platforms, and IT/OT architectures.
  • Proven track record delivering digital transformation programs with measurable business impact.
  • Experience engaging senior executives and leading cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Hold valid driver license in Texas and US work permit

Responsibilities
