The Regional Country Sales Manager – LATAM is responsible for leading, developing, and executing the commercial strategy for the assigned country or region within the LATAM region (Latin America) within the automotive market. It also oversees the full sales cycle, market expansion initiatives, and volume growth objectives. Additionally, it serves as the primary driver of brand positioning, customer engagement, and competitiveness in the region, ensuring alignment with global and regional corporate goals. This position requires a deep understanding of the automotive ecosystem (OEMs, distributors, and fleet customers), or the ability to learn it quickly; exceptional negotiation skills; high resilience and tolerance for frustration; and the ability to analyze market trends to make strategic decisions that maximize volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
