About The Position

Dedicated partner ops hire for LATAM. The person owns end-to-end payment operations across our Latin American corridors, investigating payment failures, managing partner SLAs and performance, diagnosing outages, digging into transaction logs to find patterns, and being the primary point of contact with our disbursal partners in the region. Day to day, it's heavy on data investigation (writing SQL queries, monitoring success rates and latency, root cause analysis on failures) and partner management (holding partners accountable on SLAs, escalating issues, onboarding new integrations) and innovation to better the performance in the region. It's an IC-heavy role -- this person needs to be hands-on doing the work, not managing a team.

Requirements

  • Spanish native/bilingual (hard requirement)
  • Strong SQL and data skills
  • Fintech or payments experience
  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Scrappy, high-ownership mindset

  • Experience in remittance specifically
