The manager will lead the end-to-end S&OP process, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, and finance, and driving S&OP/S&OE cycles for structured decision-making and execution follow-up. Key responsibilities include analyzing demand and supply plans, identifying risks and deviations, defining mitigation actions, overseeing assortment and inventory strategies, monitoring KPIs, and contributing insights to optimize availability, working capital, and overall business performance.
