About The Position

This is a commercial ownership role within the Commercial Performance team, reporting to the Head of Commercial Performance. It is not a traditional finance position. The role involves being the Regional P&L Owner for Francophone & North Africa, accountable for hitting regional targets. The individual will act as the commercial architect for the region, setting the commercial agenda in conjunction with Marketing and BD, mobilizing functions, and removing roadblocks. This role is the primary commercial voice for the region, driving senior peer engagement and managing internal stakeholders to translate customer and market insights into strategy and execution. As this is a new function at Zepz, the role holder will have a significant part in defining its operations and building the playbook.
