The Regional Coffee House Manager is responsible for the overall performance, operations, and growth of a group of Crimson Cup coffee houses within an assigned region. This leader recruits, develops, and supports coffee house managers and teams while ensuring an exceptional, consistent WOW customer experience at every location. This role blends hands-on operational leadership with financial accountability, people development, and innovation. The Regional Coffee House Manager is deeply knowledgeable about specialty coffee, industry trends, and Crimson Cup systems, and leads by example-working alongside teams in the coffee houses as needed. Flexibility, ownership, and an all-hands-on-deck mindset are essential.
