Requirements

  • No minimum education or experience required.
  • Must be able to obtain ServSafe Food Handlers Certification.
  • Must be able to obtain RAMP Alcohol Serving Certification.
  • Must pass a post-employment criminal background check.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Applicants must complete an employment application.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service in a coffee house setting.
  • Obtain ServSafe Food Handlers Certification.
  • Obtain RAMP Alcohol Serving Certification.
  • Lift, push, and pull 50 lbs.

Benefits

  • On-the-job training.
  • Optional employee shared housing available, including utilities and all meals in employee cafeteria, at approx. $150.00 per week, payroll deducted if employee elects.
  • Optional health insurance is available, cost varies depending on plan chosen, payroll deducted if employee chooses to enroll.
  • Optional one meal during shift available at no cost to employee.
  • Employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work if the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period.
  • Employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier.
  • Employer will reimburse H-2B workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
  • Employer will provide worker at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job.
  • Uniform provided at no charge to the worker.
