About The Position

Dixie's Coffee House in Manitowish Waters, WI is seeking a Coffee Shop Manager. This role involves directing operations and staff to deliver fresh food and beverages with stellar service. The manager will ensure consistent, quality food and beverage service in an inviting environment. EAU Holdings, the parent company, aims to enhance the community of Manitowish Waters by developing and operating businesses with an emphasis on quality and customer service, making the area better for tourists and residents. EAU Holdings officially started in 2006 with the purchase of the property that is now Smokey’s Restaurant. In 2014, EAU Holdings expanded by opening multiple businesses, including Dixie's Coffee House, which are year-round businesses that have made downtown Manitowish Waters a beautiful place for residents and visitors alike.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in restaurant POS systems.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Available to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

A focus in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Business Management or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the coffee shop to ensure consistent, quality food and beverage service in an inviting environment.
Train and develop shop employees to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the guest experience.
Address customer needs in a courteous and timely manner.
Ensure the coffee shop is clean and equipment is maintained and in working order.
Create and distribute weekly staff work schedules.
Oversee café supplies including placing product orders and replenishing stock.
